At Somnath Pal, we aim to offer premium beauty and wellness consultation services with complete transparency. This Refund & Return Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and rescheduling requests are handled for all online and offline bookings.
All consultations must be paid upfront at the time of booking. An appointment is confirmed only after successful payment.
We understand that plans can change.
Therefore, clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel anytime before the scheduled appointment—no questions asked.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Once the appointment time has passed, refund requests will not be accepted.
If you wish to reschedule your consultation:
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment time.
If the request is made within 24 hours of the appointment or after the scheduled time, the session will be marked as completed and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
This applies to both online and in-person consultations.
If the client is late, does not join, or is unreachable during the scheduled time, the appointment will be marked as completed.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
A new session will require a fresh booking and payment.
In the rare case that Somnath Pal needs to cancel a consultation due to an emergency or unexpected situation:
The client will receive a full refund.
Clients may also choose to book a fresh appointment at their convenience.
Refunds will not be provided under the following situations:
Missed appointments or client no-shows
Late arrival beyond the scheduled consultation time
Dissatisfaction after service completion (as time and expertise have already been delivered)
Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment
